The moderate climate, with mild temperatures in both winter and summer, gives temperatures ranging from about -7C to 2C (19F to 36F) in winter and between 20C to 25C ( 68F and 77F) in summer. In winter, frozen tourists can defrost in the popular and historical Sturebadet in the city center that has been opened since 1885. In summer, visitors can have coffee and relax and watch people walk by from one of the sunny terraces or enjoy themselves in Gröna Lund amusement park. Stockholm is a popular all-year-round city destination that always has something new to offer the tourists.
The best option to see the city is to get The Stockholm Card that allows 24 hour access to the public transportation system, such as Stockholm Metro and ferries. The card also includes free entrance to almost all of the city’s attractions.
