As soon as you’ve booked your stay with Zleeping Hotels, you’re covered by our Guaranteed Price Policy. Guaranteed Price Policy means that you’re automatically protected against unpredicted events in the form of additional charges for increasing currency rates. Instead, just relax and look forward to your hotel stay.

Guaranteed Price

• Guarantee against additional charges for increasing currency rates.
• Holds good for all bookings made through Zleeping Hotels

Guaranteed Price also protects you against tax increases or other government charges and fees.

Cancellation Protection

Your home insurance may include a clause on cancellation protection, but we still recommend you to always sign up for Zleeping Hotels’ own Cancellation Protection when you book a stay with us. This is because it is adapted to suit the hotel stays we sell, and it is a low-cost medicine against worrying. If, for example, a member of the family, a near relative or a travel companion should fall ill or be seriously injured, the full price for the booking will be refunded to you.

With us, you can choose between two different kinds of cancellation protection:

Zleeping Hotels’ unique Total Cancellation Protection. No matter why you cancel your booking, it gives you full coverage. With Total Cancellation Protection you don’t need any verifying certificates or documents to cancel your booking without extra charge.

Zleeping Hotels’ Basic Cancellation Protection. Protects you in case of, for example, illness or accidents

• Basic - Cancellation Protection - From 5€/adult

Specifications for Zleeping Hotels’ Cancellation protections

Basic Cancellation Protection will compensate you for your total value of the reservation. Reasons:

• You yourself and/or a member of your immediate family meets with an emergency sickness, injury or death.

• Considerable damage to your private property in your principal residence caused by fire or other circumstances of corresponding importance.

In case of cancellation a doctor’s certificate is necessary to prove that the cancellation was necessary.

Cancellations should be made as soon as possible, and always before the specified arrival date of the booking. A doctor’s certificate and other documents that may be necessary to verify the circumstances must have reached Zleeping Hotels within a week after the cancellation was made. No compensation will be paid for costs attributed to delays in cancellation.

Total Cancellation Protection will compensate you for your total value of the reservation in all cases when you have to cancel for any unexpected reason.

You don´t need any certificate.

If you want to sign up for Cancellation Protection, you must do so when you book your stay.

If you haven’t signed up for a cancellation protection plan, the applicable cancellation fee is indicated for each booking as you make it. It will, however, never be below 25€.
